Join us in Los Angeles on May 2nd, 2026 from 2:00–6:00 PM for a very special milestone: our first-ever Student Showcase in LA! The event will take place at The Mint, an iconic music venue in the heart of Los Angeles, CA.
This exciting afternoon will feature inspiring Jazz Empowers student performances and testimonials, while celebrating the impact of bringing jazz education to more than 48,000 students nationwide. Guests will enjoy a vibrant showcase atmosphere highlighting the creativity, growth, and voices of our young musicians.

The Don Aliquo Group Plays John Coltrane
The Gala will be headlined by the exciting Don Aliquo Group, performing the music of John Coltrane. You won’t want to miss this ensemble of some of Nashville’s top jazz musicians as they celebrate the centennial of John Coltrane, one of the greatest musicians in American history.
